第一部分：隐私政策
欢迎使用 B-binan（以下简称“本应用”）。本应用由Jia hui（使用名称：Mr Jar）运营。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、保存、共享和保护您的个人信息，以及您如何行使相关权利。使用本应用前，请仔细阅读本政策。
一、我们收集的信息
- 注册与登录信息：电子邮箱地址、加密后的密码、账户创建时间、登录会话及账户安全所需信息。我们不会以明文保存密码。
- 用户内容与互动：帖子标题和正文、您主动选择上传的图片、评论、点赞、收藏、举报原因及屏蔽关系。请勿在公开内容中提交身份证号、银行卡信息、密码、助记词、私钥或其他敏感信息。
- 设备与技术信息：为保障运行、安全和故障排查，我们可能收集 IP 地址、设备类型、操作系统版本、请求时间、错误日志和网络状态。本应用不会读取完整照片图库；仅在您主动选择并发布图片时接收、上传和保存所选图片。除非未来新增功能并另行获得授权，否则本应用不会访问摄像头，也不会主动收集精确位置、通讯录或麦克风信息。
- 行情信息：本应用会请求第三方服务获取公开的数字资产行情数据，仅用于展示。
二、信息的使用
我们使用必要信息来创建和管理账户、验证身份、展示用户内容、提供评论/点赞/收藏/举报/屏蔽功能、维护安全、排查故障、改进性能、回复咨询及履行法律义务。我们不会出售您的个人信息，也不会将其用于与本应用无关的广告营销。
三、公开内容
您主动发布的帖子、评论和其他社区内容可能被其他用户查看、复制、转发或举报。发布前请确认其中不含您不希望公开的信息。
四、信息共享与第三方服务
我们仅在提供基础服务所必需、法律要求，或保护用户、公众安全及合法权益时共享必要信息。本应用使用CoinGecko提供公开行情，当前未接入第三方云服务、邮件服务或错误监控服务。服务商只能按约定处理必要信息；未实际接入的服务不应列入本政策。
五、保存期限与安全
我们采取合理措施，包括密码加密、身份验证令牌、访问限制、异常请求监控和数据最小化。互联网传输及电子存储无法保证绝对安全。账号和社区内容将在提供服务所需期间保存；账号注销后，活动系统中的账号信息、帖子、评论、图片、点赞、收藏、举报、屏蔽关系及登录会话将被删除。备份残留副本最长保留 30 天后自动覆盖或删除；法律义务、争议处理或平台安全所必需的最少记录，仅在所需期限内受限保存。
六、您的权利与账户注销
根据适用法律，您可能有权访问、更正或删除个人信息，撤回部分同意、限制或反对某些处理并提出投诉。您可在“我的”页面选择“注销账户”，输入当前密码并确认后永久删除账户；注销后相关内容和数据无法恢复。如无法使用应用内功能，请通过下方联系方式联系我们，我们可能需要验证身份。
七、儿童隐私
本应用不面向未满 13 周岁的儿童。如发现误收集相关个人信息，我们将尽快删除。监护人如发现相关情况，请联系我们。
八、政策更新
我们可能因功能、法律或业务变化更新本政策。新版本自发布之日起生效；重大变更可能通过应用内提示或其他合理方式通知您。

本应用展示的行情来自CoinGecko，可能存在延迟、错误、中断或不完整。平台内容及用户发布的帖子、评论和图片仅用于信息交流，只代表发布者个人观点，不代表平台立场，也不构成投资、法律、税务或财务建议。

B-binan Privacy Policy
B-binan (the “App”) is operated by Jia hui (using the name Mr Jar). This Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, share, and protect personal information and how you may exercise applicable rights.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: email address, encrypted password, account-creation time, session data, and security information. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
- User content and interactions: posts, selected uploaded images, comments, likes, saved items, report reasons, and blocking relationships. Do not post identity numbers, bank-card details, passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or other sensitive data.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, operating-system version, request time, error logs, and network status where needed for operation, security, and troubleshooting. The App does not read your complete photo library and receives only images you select for publication. Unless a future feature is introduced with separate permission, the App does not access the camera or actively collect precise location, contacts, or microphone data.
- Market data: public digital-asset market data requested from third-party services for display.
2. Use of Information
We use necessary information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, display content, provide commenting, liking, saving, reporting, and blocking features, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, respond to inquiries, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising unrelated to the App.
3. Public Content
Content you publish may be viewed, copied, reposted, or reported by others. Do not publish information you do not wish to make public.
4. Sharing and Third-Party Services
We share only information necessary to provide core services, comply with law, or protect safety and lawful rights. The App uses CoinGecko and currently does not integrate any third-party cloud, email, or error-monitoring provider.
5. Retention and Security
We use reasonable safeguards including password encryption, authentication tokens, access controls, abnormal-request monitoring, and data minimization, but no system is completely secure. After account deletion, associated data is removed from active systems. Residual backups may remain for up to 30 days before deletion or overwrite. Minimum records required for law, disputes, or security are retained only as necessary with restricted access.
6. Your Rights and Account Deletion
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of certain consent, restriction or objection, and may submit a complaint. You may permanently delete your account through “Me—Delete Account” by entering your password and confirming. If that option is unavailable, contact us; identity verification may be required.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that such data was inadvertently collected, we will delete it promptly.
8. Updates
We may update this Policy for feature, legal, or business changes. The new version takes effect when published; material changes may be communicated in the App or by another reasonable method.
